2026 Staff Summer Party in Rosenfeld – Sustainable ideas and meaningful encounters

The Fischermühle in Rosenfeld provided the perfect setting for this year’s staff summer party. In glorious summer weather, our colleagues came together in a special atmosphere and enjoyed a varied afternoon full of socialising, conversation and fresh inspiration.

A particular highlight was the guided tours focusing on bees, climate protection and biochar. These gave participants fascinating insights into sustainable approaches and projects. The insights gained sparked interesting discussions and underlined the importance of using our resources responsibly.

Alongside the professional insights, the focus was above all on personal interaction. Over good food and refreshing drinks, there were many stimulating conversations and encounters across team and departmental boundaries.

The summer party demonstrated once again just how valuable shared experiences are for team spirit and exchange within our company.
