23 new apprentices are starting their careers

Welcome to SÜLZLE

At the beginning of September, the SÜLZLE Group welcomed its new apprentices to a joint induction programme. A total of 23 young professionals are starting their careers this year at SÜLZLE Stahlpartner, SÜLZLE Nutzeisen, SÜLZLE Hagmeyer, SÜLZLE Stahl Ehrenfriedersdorf and SÜLZLE KOPF.

The aim of the two-day event was to give the apprentices an initial insight into the group of companies and to encourage them to get to know one another. The programme included information about the company and its shared values, a tour of the premises and an important safety briefing.

As well as the technical content, the induction days offered plenty of opportunities for everyone to get to know one another. The new trainees made their first connections and gained a comprehensive insight into the diversity of the SÜLZLE Group. A particular highlight was a group visit to a laser tag venue in Villingen-Schwenningen, where the focus was on team spirit, communication and shared experiences.

The ‘Business Etiquette’ seminar also provided a welcome change of pace. Here, the trainees received practical tips on maintaining a professional demeanour, communicating respectfully and observing proper etiquette in their day-to-day working lives.

The induction days laid the foundations for a successful start to their working lives. The SÜLZLE Group looks forward to supporting these young talents on their future journey and wishes them an exciting and successful apprenticeship.
