SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Denkendorf supports the Stuttgart Children’s and Youth Hospice

Donation to mark the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group

To mark the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group, the SÜLZLE Stahlpartner site in Denkendorf is donating €1,400 to the Stuttgart Children’s and Youth Hospice, which opened in 2017 and supports seriously ill and dying people, their relatives and those who are grieving. Every child receives the care they need – individually tailored, loving and competent. This includes looking after the whole family. They are encouraged to decide for themselves which part of the care they want to take on and where they want the team to support them. The hospice lives by the motto: The door is open, the heart even more so! They do everything they can to create a family atmosphere, encourage encounters and exchanges between the guest families, relieve them and help to improve their quality of life in the remaining time they have together.

Families with children who have a life-shortening illness can use the care services of a hospice for up to 28 days per year. However, the stay of parents and siblings is not paid for. Through its donation, SÜLZLE can contribute to caring for and catering to the parents and siblings (shadow children) of the sick guests. Branch manager Naser Alili presented a donation cheque to Cosima Nordmeyer from the Stuttgart hospice on behalf of the entire Denkendorf site.
