Donation on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group

As part of the SÜLZLE Group, the SÜLZLE Stahlpartner site in Dornstetten is donating €1,400 to the Diakoniestation Dornstetten.Glatten on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group. Schopfloch, an outpatient nursing service run by the church with a comprehensive care mandate for the entire community of Schopfloch, the entire community of Glatten and the town of Dornstetten. People who are dependent on outside help – whether due to age, illness or a difficult life situation – are cared for by the Diakonie. In addition to nursing care, geriatric care and treatment care, the facility also offers household support, care (including for dementia), family care, home emergency call services and relief for relatives. In all its services, the Diakoniestation is committed to a Christian view of humanity that respects every person in their own dignity as a creature of God. The approximately 70 employees in the areas of nursing, housekeeping and care at the Diakoniestation Dornstetten, Glatten, Schopfloch are particularly challenged in these difficult times. Nevertheless, they provide the best possible and reliable care for patients and clients in the usual manner.

The donation from SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Dornstetten will be used for investments related to the establishment of a day care centre for elderly people in Dornstetten, a new service offered by the Diakoniestation. Branch manager Andreas Merkert presented a donation cheque on behalf of the entire Dornstetten site to the management of the Diakoniestation, Ms Carmen Maier, and the nursing service manager, Ms Bärbel Leiser.
