SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Schwendi supports the Schwendi branch of the DRK

Donation to mark the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group

To mark the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group, the SÜLZLE Stahlpartner site in Schwendi is donating €1,400 to the Schwendi branch of the German Red Cross to finance essential diagnostic medical equipment for the rapid response team. This includes the purchase of blood pressure monitors, pupil lights and pulse oximeters for measuring oxygen saturation in the blood. The Schwendi Red Cross emergency services currently consist of 39 active members between the ages of 16 and 63. Through their volunteer work, they cover areas such as medical services at events, blood donation campaigns, on-site assistance systems and rapid response teams. In order to be able to perform all these tasks, the members meet weekly to practise together and assign duties.

Through this donation, SÜLZLE can contribute to improving medical equipment in the future. Branch manager Robert Bodenmüller presented a donation cheque on behalf of the entire Schwendi site to the chairman of the DRK local association, Klaus Boeckh, and the emergency services manager, Tobias Lerch.
