Our guest Wi-Fi collects a range of general data and information every time a website is accessed. This information is stored in log files. We do not use this data to identify the individual unless it becomes necessary for law enforcement and we are required to provide it to the authorities.
This data is required to ensure the use of the guest Wi-Fi. Wherever possible, this information is collected and analyzed anonymously.

Disclosure of the data within the framework of law enforcement occurs, if necessary, in accordance with Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR.
1.4 How long is the data stored?
We store the data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the storage purpose and insofar as this is provided by the European directives and regulations or other legislations to which the controller is subject.
If the storage purpose no longer applies or a legal retention period expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with legal regulations.
1.5 To whom is the data disclosed?
Disclosure of your personal data to third parties will only occur if it is necessary for the execution of the contract with you, permissible on the basis of a balancing of interests pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, if we are legally required to do so, or if you have given consent.
