SÜLZLE steel partner Rosenfeld supports the Oberes Schlichemtal-Rosenfeld social welfare centre
Donation to mark the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group
To mark the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group, the SÜLZLE Stahlpartner site in Rosenfeld is donating €1,400 to the Oberes Schlichemtal-Rosenfeld social welfare centre. The foundation stone for the social welfare centre was laid in 1980, and since 2002 it has been run as a non-profit limited company based in Rosenfeld.
In the Upper Schlichemtal region and the town of Rosenfeld and its districts, services are offered to people in need of care in the areas of basic and treatment care, respite care, family care and housekeeping. In addition to outpatient care, Sozialstation Oberes Schlichemtal-Rosenfeld gGmbH has been offering day care since 2011. The day care centre is located in the historic ‘Ursulahaus’ in the centre of Rosenfeld. The bright and very homely rooms are easily accessible by lift. Shared meals, individual activation and activity programmes and rest periods tailored to individual needs offer a meaningful and structured daily routine. Social contacts and communal experiences add variety to everyday life. Caregiving relatives know that their family members are well looked after and can also enjoy some respite.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the social services centre has been forced to temporarily close its day care centre. The donation will therefore be used to partially cover the running costs of our day care centre. Branch manager Sven Kramser presented a donation cheque on behalf of the entire Rosenfeld site to Simone Breil (managing director of the Oberes Schlichemtal-Rosenfeld social services centre), Andreas Maier (geriatric nurse) and Susanne Oberhaidinger (health and nursing care professional).
