SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Dornstetten supports the Schwarzwaldwerkstatt
Donation to mark the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group
To mark the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group, the SÜLZLE Stahlpartner site in Dornstetten is donating €1,400 to Schwarzwaldwerkstatt, a workshop for people with disabilities. The facility is sponsored by the district of Freudenstadt and the Lebenshilfen Freudenstadt and Horb/Sulz organisations for the care of people with mental and multiple disabilities and mental illness. It currently operates a workshop with 230 places for people with mental disabilities and 30 places in the support and care area, as well as a branch workshop with 85 places for people with mental illness. Lebenshilfen represents the interests of disabled employees on the administrative board. The non-profit limited liability company also operates residential homes, external residential groups in Dornstetten and Horb, and other differentiated forms of housing such as assisted living and family living for over 100 residents.
The donation from SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Dornstetten will be used for a homemade pizza oven in the residents’ garden. Branch manager Andreas Merkert presented a donation cheque to Ralph Uth, managing director of the Black Forest Workshop, on behalf of the entire Dornstetten site.
