Start of training at SÜLZLE: Welcome to the team!

Thirteen new trainees began their professional careers at the SÜLZLE Group at the start of the 2025 training programme. We are delighted to be able to accompany young talents on their journey and would like to extend a warm welcome to them!

Diverse training paths with a future

Training at SÜLZLE not only provides sound specialist knowledge and exciting insights into practical work, but also offers real prospects for the future. We offer training in both commercial and industrial fields, including, for example:

• Industrial clerk
• Electronics technician
• Plant mechanic / HVAC plant mechanic
• Metalworker / metal technology
• Dual study programme in industrial business administration or business informatics

The programme kicked off with a two-day group-wide trainee excursion. Heinrich Sülzle opened the first day by presenting the value wheel and our 3-winner principle. Afterwards, the approximately 50 trainees got to know each other better through speed dating and trainee bingo. After a tour of the company, everyone ended the first day with a pizza dinner together.

The second day began with a tour of the A81 construction site in Sindelfingen. This was followed by lunch at Cannstatter Wasen. The two days were rounded off with a stadium tour of the MHP Arena.

A big thank you goes to our dedicated training team, who made the start so smooth and welcoming. We are proud to accompany young talents on their journey and wish everyone every success and enjoyment in their training!
