SÜLZLE Group honoured as “Arbeitgeber der Zukunft”

The SÜLZLE Group was named ‘Arbeitgeber der Zukunft 2024’ in Berlin on 11 September. The family-owned company with headquarters in Rosenfeld scored highly in all five assessment criteria: Modern leadership, innovative strength, digital transformation, employee friendliness and recruiting strategies. The award ceremony took place as part of the BIG BANG KI FESTIVALS, Germany’s largest B2B event for SMEs. The festival for SMEs and AI, which was attended by over 5,000 visitors, was attended by renowned representatives from politics, business and German SMEs. The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (diind), headed by Ines Woermann, awarded the prestigious “Arbeitgeber der Zukunft” seal of approval. The patron of this initiative is the former Federal Minister of Economics and Justice Brigitte Zypries.

At the award ceremony in Berlin, Edith Kuret, Member of the Management Board and Head of Human Resources at the SÜLZLE Group, emphasised: ‘We are grateful for the award and look forward to continuing to shape the future of SÜLZLE together with our committed employees.’
