SÜLZLE Group invests in the future of plant engineering

Property acquisition in Sulz strengthens SÜLZLE KOPF and creates new prospects

The SÜLZLE Group is investing in the future of plant engineering at SÜLZLE KOPF. In October 2025, SÜLZLE Holding GmbH & Co. KG acquired the land and existing properties of Kitzlinger Haus GmbH & Co. KG, located on Meboldstraße in the Kastell industrial park in Sulz am Neckar, as part of insolvency proceedings.

‘The acquisition of this property sends a clear signal for growth and the future of our group of companies,’ explain managing partners Heinrich and Andreas Sülzle. “This creates the basis for our planned expansion in plant engineering while strengthening the competitiveness and innovative power of SÜLZLE KOPF. The good infrastructure and location in the Kastell industrial park offer ideal conditions for efficient project management and the transport of heavy plant assets,‘ explains Heinrich Sülzle. ’At the same time, modern workplaces and new prospects are being created for our employees,” adds Andreas Sülzle.

The investment enables the further development of plant engineering, particularly in plant, apparatus and tank construction for industry and municipalities. This also includes innovative solutions for sustainable water treatment and wastewater treatment. The space freed up in Bergfelden will be used by SÜLZLE KOPF to expand its building services engineering – a forward-looking step that will improve processes, pool resources and create new jobs.
