SÜLZLE STAHL Ehrenfriedersdorf supports NASCAR HILFT
Donation for the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group
The SÜLZLE Group supports sustainable and social projects, associations and institutions with a fundraising campaign in its 140th anniversary year. The goal of this commitment is to support people who are engaged in health, youth, integration, sports, culture, environment and social issues.
As part of the SÜLZLE Group, SÜLZLE STAHL Ehrenfriedersdorf in the person of Ms. Susan Welsch and Mr. Alexander Schröter handed over a donation cheque to NASCAR HILFT. Since 2013, initiator Jan Wätzig and his team from NASCAR HILFT have been supporting Sonnenstrahl e. V. Dresden. The association helps children suffering from cancer and their families who are treated at the University Hospital Dresden. The goal of NASCAR HILFT is to give affected families the opportunity to escape the difficult hospital routine for a few hours and get their minds off things. To achieve this, the team invites the families to experience real racing feeling in real racing cars on real race tracks. Jan and his team patiently answer all questions about racing and as a highlight the children and young people concerned, but of course also racing enthusiastic mothers, dads and siblings take a seat in the passenger seat of the racing cars to do a few laps with a real racing feeling, which will remain in everyone’s memory for a long time.
The shining eyes of the small and big co-drivers inspire the whole team again and again to top performances.
