SÜLZLE Talent Factory: Final seminar block at Kirchberg Monastery
This year’s SÜLZLE Talent Factory programme reached its climax at the Kirchberg Monastery with the final seminar block on 28 and 29 July 2025. The two-day workshop focused on goal setting, decision-making and dealing constructively with successes and setbacks. The joint barbecue event provided an opportunity for personal exchange and strengthened team spirit. At the end, Heinrich Sülzle praised the commitment and personal development of the participants and thanked coaches Katrin and Daniel Holzinger for their valuable and inspiring input.

SÜLZLE talent factory
Since September 2023, the SÜLZLE Talent Factory has been supporting young professionals on their path to personal development. In four consecutive modules, participants expand their skills with a particular focus on communication, teamwork and leadership. Over several months, they are optimally prepared for future positions of responsibility within the SÜLZLE Group, supported by the Dr. Holzinger Institute in Stuttgart and the SÜLZLE management team.
