Interview with the SÜLZLE HR team

Which topics are currently particularly important in human resources?
Like so many other areas, human resources work is undergoing change. Shorter knowledge cycles, increasing complexity and dynamics in the economy and
society, digitalisation, changing values and demographic challenges mean that we must take a forward-looking approach to these developments. Our task remains to get the right people for the right jobs. This means that we must position ourselves as an attractive employer in the competitive market. When discussing strategic issues, we must not forget the high level of service that our colleagues provide. Correct payroll accounting is a matter of course for us, as is always being available to listen to concerns and needs.

„Especially during ‘hectic’ periods, it is good to know that we work as a team, stick together and can make a difference through the regular and rapid exchange of knowledge and information.“

What are SÜLZLE’s priorities in human resources development?
Employees should identify with the SÜLZLE Group. Our success today and in the future depends, among other things, on the performance and motivation of our current and future employees. With human resources work based on our company values, we can contribute to the success of the company. Employees, managers and other experts are involved in this process in order to take into account the needs of our complex group of companies.
