Sustainable steam supply at Hero Textil AG

At Hero Textil AG in Crailsheim, a new, energy-efficient steam generator was installed and commissioned in just one week. This ensures consistent product quality and supports the energy efficiency and sustainability targets in the production of elastic textile inserts, such as those manufactured by Hero Textil AG.

The project was carried out by the team at the SÜLZLE KOPF Crailsheim branch in collaboration with Jumag from Hirschberg. Thanks to careful planning and precise engineering, the replacement of the entire boiler system – including the dismantling of the existing system and the chimney – was completed in a short space of time. A new steam generation system, including all associated equipment, was then installed using Jumag technology. Project management for all necessary trades, as well as TÜV approval and commissioning, were handled by the SÜLZLE KOPF branch in Crailsheim.
